I would like to report to Mr. Pena that I just signed my second QLA deal!
Mental health clinic. 25+ psychologists, mental health therapists and counsellors.
$400k in EBITDA. $2m in revenue.
Purchase price $1.44m (3.6x)
100% seller finance. 60% over 5 years. 40% as a balloon payment at the end of five years. 10% interest payable as a balloon payment at the end of five years, only if we do not refinance within the 5 year period.
200k will be drawn from the seller's line of credit to prepay some of the seller finance payments on closing.
Stats about me and my QLA work:
I am 22 years old and live in – DSP: hidden from u meatheads!
Started QLA in Feb 2021
Did my first deal in April 2022 (100% seller finance). 445k in revenue. 50k in EBITDA. PP of 4.56x EBITDA. Chiropractic and x-ray clinic.
I did my second deal in May 2023.
No education other than basic highschool. Started QLA working at a warehouse that sells dog food. Still working a job while doing QLA on the side, but now I sell internet, TV and home phone services door to door.
I just followed the steps, listened to your tapes/Youtube videos and took notes.
After my next deal I will begin drawing a salary and work on QLA full time.
My total portfolio is now $2.6m in revenue and about 500k in EBITDA. About 30 employees. I own roughly 70%. You can officially add me to your list of QLA millionaires!
