Happy anniversary to you Mr. Pena and the great System of QLA. Have attended 6 times the QLA Seminar in Guthrie Castle, and you Mr. Pena put a lot of time in my transformation.
Thank you for teaching me the rules and showing me what might be possible out there in the world for me. Still not reached my goals, and quite far away from it, but I keep pushing, and try to be all what I can be.

We have met the first time in October 2010, where my journey with you and the QLA System started. In these times I made 1 Million Euro revenue per year. Let us look what happened in 7 years and 7 Months:

First the numbers may 2018:

• Equity 18 Million Euro before Tax (that is cash I earned and earn, no factor on it)
• Revenue life time 114 Million Euro Markus Bauer (hope did not forget something)
• Companies I own: 14th, in 13th I own more than 51% at least, the one I own less is a property management company, great team, but small revenue till now
• Revenue in year 2018 till Mai 18: 11,878 Million Euro
• The main companies will have record years in 2018
• If I would measure the real estate broker fee, on the flats we sell throughout our own Sales department, we would be the 16th biggest company as real estate broker in hole Austria

After my first deal I kept 70 % stake of the company. Meanwhile bought my partner out and I own 100%.
I really would love to tell others I broke some records or would have been one of the fastest in the QLA System, but I am not. But I will not quit till I reached my goals + it makes too much fun. Closed my first deal after 10 months attending the first QLA Seminar. It was a 3 Million Euro deal in real estate. Meanwhile I am doing at least 10 deals a year.
In addition, I own 2 Penthauses, one in Vienna wearth 1,7 Mio Euroand one in Velden Carinthia, on a lake (wearth 650 K)

I have had already some terrible downs, but I went through it found solutions, and moved forward. I am entrepreneur since 15 years.

Qla works, if I can get it done as a son of a farmer from a village in the mountains in Austria, where 3 K people live, everybody should be able to get it done.

By the time I turn 21, we'll have more millions a year in revenue than I am years old. Haha.

With your mentoring, I've been able to train myself into someone who's able to narrow down my ADHD focus into something I am very passionate about and good at. I've had some ups and downs, but the troughs and peaks are continually higher than the ones before… it's pretty reasonable to expect to personally net at least $100M by age 23/24…

Appreciative of all the hard strokes and tough love that you've given me over time, sometimes I think people don't realize how much they just need to just be clubbed and have their head smashed in a door to get their shit together and start really getting to what they need to do. I’ve been very quiet since ending the mentee program in August 2016 but didn’t have much to report as all that counts to me is having a deal ….

As an update to this I just closed on the $500m facility for power projects. Will look to get the first $50m deployed ASAHP. The momentum is building up nicely!

I can also to report that I finally closed on a $6m refinancing of a production facility which paves the way for a JV with one of the largest publicly traded producers and a $50+m equity investment to retrofit the facility for production (at a $270m valuation). I can’t tell you how many times this 3 part deal almost went off the rails over this past year, and every-time it appeared to be wavering, I remembered (your) training which helped me set it straight. There is already another larger deal behind this.

I’ve been working on both these deals since the fall of last year and have encountered every curveball that is “unimaginable” and still got through it all. Your training help me to better control negotiations and push to get things done.

I am currently working extremely hard on a really big project so I am just staying laser-beam focused and hence haven't been in contact with Mr. Peña for a while (plus, I fucked something up big time...) and will hopefully revisit Scotland and say my thanks in person in the future! So far however, Dan has completely changed my life... from a nerd computer gamer dreaming of making "$3000 per month passively online" to making $100k /month and - still feeling like I havne't even started yet at age 23! Nothing that I've done the past 3-4 years would've been accomplished without the mindset and approach to life that I learned from the legendary Mr. Peña... and I know there is just SO much ahead of me because my potential is endless, it's super exciting! Again, I wouldn't have achieved ANYTHING like this without Dan - I would right now be playing World of Warcraft and earning $1k a month as a 'freelancer' online... instead of making $100k/mo, driving my 2 dream cars, working on a project potentially worth $100M , having a loving wife and basically, living a dream life!! For me, this is already a quantum leap (I can hardly believe I am the same human being I was just 5 years ago)

I do want to share with you some numbers, because I always wanted to make you proud…..
On the liquid side, cash or comparable, this sums up to approximately $750 million USD. Add to that roughly $7 million in real estate and, as a conservative estimate, approximately $40 million liquidation value in stakes held in ventures where I invested or worked a part of or have become part of. Neither I nor my companies have any debt.

So I’d say it’s fair to assume I have created my net worth of around $800 million over the last 12 years or so. Coming from not zero but negative and it would be fair to say that …. the (QLA) principles, modelling and attitudes taken over and adapted to my real me, are the nucleus why still today I work every day of the week as if there was no tomorrow, keep looking at new stuff more hungry than ever

I met Dan Peña in February 1993 and have been friends and business partners over the entire 25 years of QLA. It has been quite a ride!

When I first met Dan, I saw someone who fit the test I use when I want to learn anything. That test is whether the person has “been there, done that!” Unquestionably that moniker is one that is made for Dan Peña and QLA.

Since 1993 the principles of QLA have guided me to create more than $2 Billion in cumulative wealth for the clients I’ve represented.

The 1st time I heard of Dan Pena was his interview with Brian Rose. I was not a London Realer but my best friend was and it was on his YouTube suggested videos. This was in December 2015.

Listening to Dan's interview was life-changing……..

Going through the seminar was another life-changing experience. While the week in the classroom was helpful, I had heard or read 80-90% of it from Your First 100 Million and Dan's Youtube/online content. He is telling the truth when he says its it's all free!!!

The magic from the seminar was during the dinners sitting near Dan, the time Dan spent with us in the castle outside the classroom and especially the 1 on 1 hour. The hour with Dan changed the course of my life. He completely changed my strategy for my future.

I left the seminar shedding the last bit of "guilt" and insecurity I had of thinking big, dreaming big, and going big. I am no longer embarrassed to be and live so differently that almost NO ONE can understand or relate to me. It's not only ok, I embrace and wear it with distinction.

I'm closing on the first step (large LBO) of my QLA plan thought of by Dan Pena in our 1 on 1 within the next 60 days. There are multiple paths to close with the worst having me own 25% and the best scenario just over 50%. All with zero $ out of my pocket.

Dan doesn't need me to blow any more smoke up his ass about how great he is, but I am truly grateful for him and how he has dramatically impacted me. I only wish I found him sooner. I'd already be a multibillionaire.

I was first introduced to Mr. Pena and QLA via London Real. After watching I knew this was the mentor that could take me to the next level. All I can say about the castle seminar is that it is mind blowing! It certainly is not for everyone but if you want to create generational wealth Mr. Pena and the QLA methodology is the only way to create it. It certainly is fucking hard but as soon as you get over the part of giving a shit what others think and start thinking of yourself it becomes fun. I started a business from scratch and over 15 years had created revenues over 3 million dollars a year. I then attended the Castle seminar and after following QLA we now have revenues over 6 million a year and are on target to reach over 10 million this year.

Our first deal was financed 70% by commercial loans and 30% owner financed. Our CFO still talks to this day about how I got financed through a commercial bank without an SBA approval. I had to kiss a lot of frogs but I was bound and determined to find a bank that would finance me without SBA approval. All the pundits said it cannot be done and I said watch and see fuckers…. And then I did.

I continue to search for deals and the next deal we get the majority of the deal will be owner financed just to prove to all the fuckers that I can get it done that way! I am currently working on 4 deals at this time and am constantly kissing frogs whether it be business owners or financial institutions. It takes a lot of sacrifice but when you love what you do then it certainly does not feel like a sacrifice.

Dan Pena and his QLA enabled me to reach my former financial goals for my lifetime within just a few years. Of course there are larger goals ahead, now, but I guess I would have lost most of my money instead of presently multiplying it again and again.

I am so greatful - thank you Dan - still runnin’ and gunnin’ for more success... Before I met Dan Pena, I was able to keep about one third of the equity in my deals, starting to maybe lose everything a few years ago... Now, I was able with QLA to keep all my equity and in addition to increase my net worth to a high multiple, presently keeping 50% plus one share to over 90% in every deal I do.

In parallel the size and amount of deals at the same increased dramatically.

I enjoy my life and success more than ever before...

Dan has absolutely changed the way I see life. Before I was a leader and high performance person, but now I am an extreme paranoid high performance person who feels bad every time I have to even sleep. Using his QLA model I was able to buy the 100% of the assets of the company (As Dan teaches) for 40% less than its real value, all by myself (No Team) & Dans book “Your First 100 Million”.

The Health biz almost tripled to $32M and we made the Inc 500 fastest growing company list ….

We moved into a 8500 sq ft space in September of last year and have already outgrown it. Just picked up another 12K space down the street

I’m very confident we’ll be at $50M+ in revenue this year with a 10%+ net profit. If all the stars align, we can hit $70M.

We are adding more products and distribution channels.

I’ve pretty much fired everyone, or made it easy for them to quit, in the survival company to get it back on track and looking forward to this year as well.

All in all it was a good year. But I know that you would say that I can do better. And you’re right.

I just wanted to say Thank You for your honesty and wisdom over the course ... Clearly I was miles away from where I thought I was from a personal development / success/ emotional bank account point of view at the start of this year. I know I have made some progress but not as much as I had hoped ... but I also clearly understand why and that is a wake up call in itself. I have made some different decision this year based on what I have learned from you versus what I would have done and for that alone I have profited far more than the price of the course and of course the year mentor program (where the value really is). Dan is like that medicine you must take to feel better. You don't really want to, because you know it will taste like hell, but deep down you know that sooner or later you'll have no other choice. Every morning, I wake up taking that medicine and after all these years it's more like bitter sweet than anything else. QLA fundamentals have impregnated in my DNA and I've got Dan to thank for that, because the accomplishments that come with this are far greater than most people would imagine.

We recently closed a seed round of funding, for 3% equity of the company on a $5 million valuation.

Dan Pena is a controversial figure. Though I immediately saw the value of his Castle Seminar and applied immediately, once I discovered I could attend as it was not limited to Masters Degree Graduates or even HS Graduates for that matter, I spent the next year still fighting conventional wisdom and pushing hard to break free of my comfort zone. My life has become QLA and now three and a half years later I have never been so free and in the zone. Dan is the only man besides my father and Jesus that has never lied to me. Everything Dan says is true. I've gone from reading his book and realizing I could never get it accomplished, to being blessed by spending a week with Dan at the Castle Seminar as a guest at his home in Guthrie.

I'm becoming everything I can be and fulfilling my destiny. Dan literally saved my life. I found Mr. P. through London Real. Before that I have been watching and listening to other success and motivational gurus.

I first came across Mr. Pena’s YouTube videos in mid Dec 2017. His principles and philosophy addressed a gap I was seeking to fill after a successful professional career in Technology. I was at the Guthrie Castle for the seminar in Jan 2018 (when the value is clear – decisions are easy!) and in the 4 following months have followed the process (exec summary, board, accountants, lawyers, deal flow) that made me believe in the QLA methodology. I trust the QLA toolkit – I am amazed how it helps me address situations in my journey every day!

From a normal mineral trading company , the company has diversified the business to 3 segments

1) Small medium strategic investments 2)Builds a strong base of waste managements and trading subsidiaries in 10 countries besides Singapore 3)Built one of the biggest precious metal refineries in Singapore . Once operations starts , within 3 years we will make it the most unique and niche market based precious metal refinery in Eastern Asia challenging even the big boys of Japan Korea and Europe .

The strength dan gives makes you feel like you can achieve anything you want .

I started off with 1000 bucks 10 years ago and made it to some small change like what dan says , and now am counting my days to billions , which is not far . It's all due to his straight forward , direct and fearless approach training that brought me here .

And my wish is to spread the word of dan around the world when my business is more recognised . His wisdom and words are worth billions or even trillions to those who know what to do with it. Those who don't , they are not up for it.

My name is Teodor, I have heard Mr Pena talking for first time through youtube in January 2016, two days after that I signed for my first QLA Seminar in April 2016. From this day onwords I start leaving and breathing QLA. Let me tell you, first year since I started implementing Mr Pena strategies and methods in my business I increase the revenue with 200% and we are looking at few deals at present which will triple this till the end of the year. If this is't Quantum Leap I do not know what it is! My only regret In life is that I did't come across Mr Pena and QLA earlier in my life. Although I must say this is't for everyone!

My life changed dramatically after meeting Mr. Pena in April of 2015. I was living a life of quiet desperation. I knew that I was living much below my potential. Mr. Pena help me to change all of that. I was a staff surgeon working in a private practice with my employer, partner before I went to Scotland. My Oxford Dictionary definition of self esteem, fear, high performance, company structure and conventional wisdom as they relate to a high-performance individual and business were completely altered as the result of the QLA program. Before the Guthrie Castle experience, I had grown a holdings company that owns eight businesses in manufacturing and services sectors respectively over an 18-year period. I had started these businesses from scratch and invested all my profits in them over the period. I was “building” an empire organically but it was painfully slow and a financially exhausting exercise. Before I attended the QLA program, the holdings business had posted over GBP 11-million in revenue. However, I was extremely unhappy with my performance and I knew I was in a rat race because I knew there is more out there but I kept telling myself its going to take a lifetime to build wealth such that I might not even see it. As far as I was concerned I had a good self esteem, I feared nothing and I was building my businesses logically and comfortably. Gosh!! How wrong I was. Its embarrassing to say now that Mr. Dan Peña taught me better.

Then came the QLA program, first Mr Peña redefines according to high-performers' prescripts what high-goal setting, self esteem, fear and enthusiasm are.

Today I have stepped into a whole different world of business growth through acquisition and mergers. I have set up a property fund (unlisted REIT) that is on the verge of signing a 50/50 joint venture acquisition of a 48000m2 waterfront shopping centre generating over GBP 150 000.00 a month. I have a Dream Team of very smart people (internal) and organisations (external) working with me. Together with my dream team, led by a reputable chairman, I have lined up deal flow that includes an acquisition of a portion of 100 hectare land that includes a GBP 32-million diary farm, a finance partnership with a state-owned asset manager that seeks to allocate GBP 18-million to GBP 30-milliom toward my REIT. All this with 2 ½ months of immersing myself word-for word in the QLA program. I can imagine how things are going to shape up in the next 6-12 months. Today? I buy value instead of creating it.

Before attending the QLA Castle Seminar I was very unclear about my goals in life and what to do, I lived in the day. I never stepped out of my comfort zone and so I neither developed more self-esteem nor did I create great opportunities for succeed in life. Mr Peña and QLA helped me to change it, he virtually pushed me to change it. The most valuable thing of QLA in my opinion is that it leaves no opportunities to procrastinate; it forces you to do something, especially the one year long mentorship. At the end of the year I just wanted to give you an update on my progress, seeing it is due largely to the kick in the butt I received during the seminar.
The law firm is doing well. 100k plus in profit (over last year and that is after all expenses and 150k salary). I know it is not in the ‘millions’ but significant progress nonetheless.
More important perhaps is that I see opportunities everywhere. I simply cannot find the time to pursue them all, but I keep on pushing and I am sure that growth will continue next year.

QLA Castle 8 day experience changed my life beyond recognition.

This is how.. On the 8th day, I left Guthrie Castle for Arbroath train station, boarded the train bound for Edinburgh train station, followed by a 30 min bus ride to Edinburgh airport.

As soon as I boarded the train, I called my lawyer and asked for an update/progress on the deal that I worked on before going to the Castle. My lawyer had nothing to report. I then called the buyer. There were quite a calls/e-mail/text exchanges between myself, my lawyer and the buyer all the way to Edinburgh station and again when I was on the shuttle bus to the airport. There were a few anxious moments along this 3-hour journey and again as I waited in line to board my plane. I was glued to my phone screen so to speak. I wanted a result....

I then received that magic e-mail from my lawyer and it read... "Contracts have been exchanged" or deal done/bagged. I experienced all the emotions that Dan talks about; high, two feet taller and others I do not wish to verbalize. suffice to say, I flew to Bristol faster than the plane. No idea how, but I did.

What changed? I did not have to work again because I was now in the money but more importantly I was paid more than the asking price.

With Dan Pena, you are standing on the shoulders of a giant and seeing/feeling and even touching all that you could be, could do and could achieve. It is that real and surreal. Dan Pena literally installs, like software, all the tools/techniques/know-how in your conscious and subconscious mind before your departure. I first met Dan Pena in May 1997 when I attended the week-long Castle Seminar. It came at a very pivotal time in my life - I was 31 and had been diagnosed with a degenerative eye condition that would ultimately lead to blindness. Even though I was a qualified Chartered Accountant with 'the world at my feet' I had to give up work a few years earlier and was very uncertain what the future would hold - things seemed quite bleak.

Even though people who know Dan might be surprised to find a 'gentle/understanding' side to him, the fact that he sees the possibility in everyone and the fact his success was achieved through people he worked with, he was one of the first people I met who didn't feel sorry for me and treated me equally.

This had a profound impact then and continues to this day. We worked together on a number of projects, many which did not succeed and that lack of success being mostly down to my naivety or lack of focus or determination at critical stages, but I still learned hugely from those experiences and, most critically, never gave up.

In other ways, regaining my confidence, applying the QLA principles to my every day life, focusing on finding my own pathway to success, Dan's influence and guidance have made a huge difference in my life and still does to this day.

One of the highlights was to allow me to focus on my sporting career which I had abandoned due to my blindness. From 1999 to 2005 I represented Ireland 6 times in international athletics championships in middle distance running and won a bronze medal in the world cross country championships in 2001. In addition to many other sporting achievements, I put this down to QLA and Dan, the principles are the same once you know and understand them.

Running, work and family life continue as I lose my sight and I am close to 100% doing everything I can and everything I want to in order to fulfil my dreams and ambitions.

I found out about Daniel S. Pena and the QLA methodology in May 2014. I remember watching the video right before my friends and I were about to go on our last road trip since we were are all moving to new bases separately around the world. Since then I have won more military awards than I ever thought was possible. I have had the pleasure of seeing the Vice President, meeting the Secretary of the Air Force, and meeting two Chief of Staffs of the Air Force. In terms of finance I have owned a home and sold a home. I have lived in the wealthiest zip codes in my area to truly push myself to see anything is possible.

In the fall of 2018 I will be attending an Ivy League institution or another top tier institution, and I graduated high school with a 2.3 GPA (that’s a fucking a miracle). I have truly learned from Mr. Pena that show me your friends and I will show you your future (to truly start fresh get a new number/email and completely eliminate people who shouldn’t be in your fucking life), always stay positive, DREAM FUCKING BIG, and don’t make excuses for failure and instead accept it and immediately move on to the next mission at hand. The most memorable thing I learned is that 90% of people don’t love what they do or themselves. The next 9% are winners and are comfortable. Wow, 25 YEARS Congratulations Dan and to the whole Pena Team! I remember meeting Dan 23 years ago in Orlando Florida at a Ron Legrand Seminar. Dan, When you walked in that night you owned that room. I had never seen anybody with that much confidence. I started my Company 9 years prior to meeting you and had already been buying and merging companies. It is very difficult to say when and how much was our largest deal. Attending The QLA Castle Experience (Three times) helped me to grow through teaching me a lot of basic business ethics that I did not know. For example how to dress for a business meeting, how to act during a business meeting, and much more.

I think most of what I learned helped me on a personal level and business level combined. It helped me to bring it all together which is very difficult to even explain, and yet Dan Peña teaches it. Good action, if anyone is questioning if QLA works and the Intentions Dan has for his mentees, send them over. Grew from 60.000 euro revenue before and now 2 milion plus In just 2 years after seminar and still growing. Before year end almost 3 milion.

After the last round of successful acquisitions earlier this year 99% seller financed which ran into the tens of millions, I am to embark on the next level of my quantum leap. I would like to make a status update for your information. 2018 was the greatest year of my life, I made my first and most important quantum leap. Without putting down any money of my own I raised almost 3 million Euro equity, 1 million in January and 2 million in August. I gave away less than 20% equity in the holding company for this 3 million. I raised another 4 million Euro as debt from bank financing. I closed 3 normal LBO deals. There are 6-7 other clinics in the pipeline, I will close as many as possible next year.

But all this didnt put me dow, I always fighted, and I never gave up. My desability didnt stopped me to live a normal life, serve in the IDF, travel. Going thorugh cancer, dont stop me and I know I will bit it, find a solution yes or yes.

A few days ago, I started watching your videos and really gave me the boost energy I needed to keep going. You reminded me to become fearless and strong. Thank you very much for speaking so honestly and trully. You are a real inspiration.

I have stepped outside my comfort zone so many times now its fantastic to stand up to people and show like I have balls. My parents, friends, and even morons that I was around all told me not to follow my dreams - I still do. They (my parents ESPECIALLY) told me that I should go to a local university instead of applying to the university I WAS AT before I transfered to an evern more well-known school. They wanted me to stay local and small thinking my goals were too damn huge (BAD GRADES DONT FUCKING STOP ME) for their pea brain asswipes. Everywhere I look now I see pesimistic, moronic, retarded, delinquient, unambitious, and certainly DEFEATIST people that still try to tell me no. I am never regressing-ONLY PROGRESSING!
